Property Owner Incentives

Post construction, residents will receive a $1000 environmental consciousness gift for progressive and green minded building practices.

Although we set no written requirements for our homes impact on the environment, we anticipate the simple character of those who will buy here will have a inherent nature to be mindful of our mother earth.  Every Property owner has their option to follow the conservation practices of Energy Star, LEED rating, or any other accepted principles of conservation, some of which we note on our website.  Any home that is built within the principles of thoughtful design and conservation, listing 10 accepted conservation standards that were met or exceeded in the construction of their home will receive a $1000 check for their efforts to show our appreciation for lessening their environmental footprint.  Examples include: rainwater collection cistern, tankless water heaters, solar panels, geothermal temperature controls, Icynene insulation, SIP (structural integrated panels) construction, modular construction, pre-cut construction packages, renewable resource use (i.e. bamboo flooring) just to name a few.

This benefit is on top of the savings from minimized energy use, tax credits, increase in resale value and the peace of mind that comes from doing your part.  We are raising the expectations and standard of construction, as well as the reward for smart construction practices.
